1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and g7vip ("g7vip", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at g7vip.net ("Platform"). By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the g7vip Platform, you irrevocably accept and agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the g7vip Platform, including but not limited to the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and VIP Programme. Use of specific products may be subject to additional product-specific terms which, where they exist, form part of these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with g7vip, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. g7vip operates a strict minimum age policy. Any member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on the g7vip Platform or any affiliated platform that remains in effect.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

g7vip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents confirming age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each member is permitted to hold only one registered account on the g7vip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all pending bonuses, and recovery of any winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any details change. g7vip bears no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate member-provided information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify g7vip immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

g7vip operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. g7vip reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. g7vip does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit or which has been separately verified in accordance with g7vip's KYC procedures. g7vip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed thresholds set by internal compliance policies.

4.3 Processing Times

g7vip aims to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer timelines depend on the receiving institution. g7vip does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Currency

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Any conversion costs are borne by the member.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the g7vip Sportsbook are subject to g7vip's Sportsbook Rules, which are available on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference. Key principles include:

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed when an on-screen confirmation is displayed. g7vip is not responsible for bets that did not register due to connectivity issues.
• g7vip reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed error, or operator error ("palpable error"). Members will be notified of any voided bets and stakes will be refunded.
• In-play odds are subject to change or suspension at any time. Bets placed prior to a suspension or odds change will be honoured at the recorded odds unless the event outcome has already been determined.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by event, market, and member account status. g7vip reserves the right to limit or decline bets at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
• g7vip reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, abuse of systems, or violation of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by g7vip are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. g7vip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Bonuses are awarded in good faith. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other members, or reverse bonus hunting strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.
• g7vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to members who have accepted an active offer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g7vip Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by g7vip.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match fixing, collusion, or irregular betting patterns associated with manipulated events.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards g7vip staff or other members through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the g7vip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software code, and interface design ("Content"), is the property of g7vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without g7vip's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g7vip, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond g7vip's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of government, or force majeure events;
• Errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party software suppliers.

g7vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

g7vip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at g7vip.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

g7vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its members. The Platform provides the following tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications after a specified duration of active gaming.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.

12. Suspension & Termination

g7vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where g7vip reasonably determines that:

• These Terms or any applicable laws have been violated;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance or reputational risk to g7vip;
• Verification of identity or source of funds has not been completed within a required timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, g7vip reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation. Where termination is without cause, undisputed real-money balances will be returned to the member via the original deposit method.

Members may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting g7vip customer support. Account closure does not prejudice any obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to the outcome of a game or a bet, the member must notify g7vip through the official support channel (live chat or [email protected]) within seven (7) days of the relevant event. g7vip will investigate the dispute and respond within a reasonable period. The decision of g7vip's compliance team shall be final in respect of all game-related disputes, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

For disputes related to account administration, payments, or bonus terms, g7vip endeavours to resolve all matters within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.

14. Amendments

g7vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the email address registered on their account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under g7vip's operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through g7vip's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified under g7vip's applicable regulatory framework. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
